Pay or dispute
To pay, the app sends you to NYC's official CityPay page. To fight a ticket, tap Dispute and the app writes the letter for you, then opens NYC Finance's online dispute page. NYC asks you to request a hearing within 30 days of the ticket to avoid late penalties.
